We've partnered with a trusted local civil contractor with experience delivering high-quality acreage developments. Their goal? Have roads and services in by Christmas, weather permitting.
Behind the Scenes: Preparing each Block
After roads are in, each block will be individually cleared, trimmed, and fenced - ready for viewings in early 2026. Stay tuned for a drone flyover once the first roads go in!

Fencing Plans Finalised
We've chosen classic white post-and-rail fencing for all lots to frame the blocks beautifully and create a cohesive feel throughout the estate. Once civil works are complete, fencing and individual block clean-ups will begin.

This week we had our pre-start meeting with Council and the contractor - and now the exciting part begins! Earthworks, road widening and infrastructure installation have begun. If you're local, you may start seeing activity along Chambers Road as the team moves in.

This is a major step forward, and we’re now preparing the final materials for pre-release. As always, preference will go to those who’ve submitted an Expression of Interest. Stay tuned - we’ll be in touch soon as block viewings are nearly ready to begin!
