Just 3 minutes from Woodford, Havenbrook Estate is entering the final stages of the subdivision process.
All Construction and Final Council Approvals have all been completed, with the internal roads, driveways, our signature white post and rail fencing now in place.
Property Titles have now been applied for, and settlements expected to start in late September.
As our newest residents prepare to begin building their homes, we look forward to seeing Havenbrook grow into the thriving rural community it was always designed to be.
