Just 3 minutes from Woodford, Havenbrook Estate has now sold all 17 homesites and is entering the final stages of the subdivision process.
Construction has been completed, with the internal roads, driveways and estate infrastructure now in place. The estate's signature white post and rail fencing continues to be installed, bringing the vision for Havenbrook to life.
Following the successful completion of all Council inspections, we are now progressing through the final administrative stages, including plan sealing, before property titles are issued.
As our newest residents prepare to begin building their homes, we look forward to seeing Havenbrook grow into the thriving rural community it was always designed to be.

In the meantime, buyers are welcome to drive along Chambers Road to view the estate entrance, surrounding setting and proximity to Woodford. The state forest directly opposite offers immediate access to riding and walking trails, and the township is just minutes away.
